Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Active ingredients used in the product:
Allantoin is a derivative of urea. It regenerates, facilitates wound healing and renewal of damaged skin. Reduces burning, soothes, redness of sensitive skin. It also has a moisturizing effect, smoothes and softens the skin. Cosmetics with allantoin are used in the care of sensitive, prone to allergies, irritated skin. Removes skin necrotic tissue, cleanses wounds.
D-Panthenol or provitamin B5 - accelerates cell division, it can be used on the skin irritated, red, and burned as a soothing agent. D-Panthenol as a component of the cream makes the substance not only soothing and healing, but also easier to spread on the skin. In addition, it moisturizes the skin, giving it firmness and softness.
In addition, D-Panthenol has a moisturizing effect, accelerates the synthesis of lipids, lipoproteins and proteins.
Lanolin moisturizes the skin, creating an occlusive layer on it, preventing excessive loss of water. This layer also creates a delicate film on the skin, thanks to which we feel that it is smoother. Lanolin accelerates wound healing and relieves inflammation, which is why it is used in the production of dressings.
Sweet almond oil can be used for all skin types, but it is especially recommended for sensitive, dry and prone skin. In addition, there are no contraindications in applying it to skin with problems, such as eczema or psoriasis. Sweet almond oil acts as a natural emollient, smoothing and moisturizing the skin. It is easily absorbed, which means that it does not leave an oily layer on the skin while at the same time performing firming functions.
Coconut oil contains vitamins (from group B, vitamin C) and minerals (magnesium, potassium, calcium and phosphorus), and valuable fatty acids. It has strong moisturizing, nourishing, antiseptic and astringent properties.
Rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals, coconut body butter slows down the aging process of the skin, moisturizes it for a long time and prevents it from losing moisture. It stimulates the skin to renew, strengthens its elasticity and elasticity, smoothes and softens.
Aloe extract, thanks to the presence of salicylic acid, acts as an analgesic, accelerates wound healing, stimulates cells to regenerate faster.
It has anti-inflammatory properties, soothes, relieves redness and irritation, has antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal properties, reduces pruritus.
Beeswax relaxes and softens the skin.
