Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The Tip Cleaning Brushes are essential hygiene instruments for maintaining reusable stainless steel tips used on classic coil tattoo machines or rotary machines with traditional grips in impeccable condition. These brushes are specially designed to access the interior of the narrow tubes of tips, where ink, pigment, blood, and lymph residue accumulates during tattoo sessions and can solidify if not promptly removed. The set includes brushes of different diameters corresponding to various tip sizes: round tips (5R-14R), flat tips (5F-13F), and magnum tips — each with a different interior diameter requiring a corresponding brush. The brush bristles are rigid enough to dislodge and remove adherent residue from the tube's interior walls, yet flexible enough not to scratch or damage the stainless steel interior surface. The correct cleaning process involves: 1) Disassembling the tip immediately after the session, 2) Rinsing with running water to remove loose residue, 3) Cleaning the interior with the corresponding brush and enzymatic cleaning solution, 4) Final rinsing, 5) Drying, 6) Packaging for autoclave sterilization. The brushes are indispensable in the reusable instrument reprocessing protocol, directly contributing to cross-infection prevention and maintaining mandatory hygiene standards in tattoo studios.
