Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Grip Tube Safety Screw is the secondary fastening piece that additionally secures the grip tube in the tattoo machine vice clamp, preventing accidental sliding or rotation of the handle during the tattoo session. This screw acts as a redundant safety element — in addition to the primary vice clamping that holds the tube through compression force, the safety screw penetrates the tube through point pressure or fits into a dedicated groove, blocking any axial (back-and-forth) or rotational movement. This is critical in situations where: the vice progressively loosens under vibrations during long sessions, glass or polished steel grips have low friction coefficients and can slide, the tattoo artist applies significant axial pressures during intense packing, or moisture and accidental lubrication reduce grip. A handle that slides during tattooing can cause uncontrolled needle reactions, missed lines, client skin injuries, and instrument control loss — risks that a simple safety screw completely eliminates. Manufactured from stainless steel with a conical or flat tip that does not damage the grip tube surface, the screw installs by threading into the vice's threaded hole, perpendicular to the tube axis. Tightening is done manually or with a small Allen key, firm enough to lock the tube without deforming it. Compatible with most standard vice clamping systems. An inexpensive but essential safety piece.
