Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Description
The 4-Piece 4x5mm Screw Set contains fixing screws with M4 dimensions (4mm diameter) and 5mm length, primarily designed for grip component fastening and other mechanical assemblies on tattoo machines. The M4 size is more robust than M3, used at fastening points requiring superior clamping force: grip vice attachment, main spring mounting on the machine frame, structural frame component fastening, and other assemblies where mechanical load or vibrations demand a more resistant screw. The 5mm length is calibrated for standard material thicknesses used in tattoo machine construction — long enough to engage an adequate number of thread turns in the receiving component, but short enough not to protrude through the material and interfere with other components. Manufactured from quality stainless steel, the screws offer: mechanical strength for repeated tightening, corrosion resistance in the studio environment, precise threading for reliable engagement, and heads compatible with standard tools (Allen, Phillips, or hexagonal).
