Guide & full description

Complete guide: Stick Lip & Eyebrow Permanent Makeup Care

A care stick from OTZI, specially designed for freshly pigmented skin after permanent makeup on lips or eyebrows. The hypoallergenic, fragrance-free formula with shea butter hydrates the upper layers of the epidermis and calms discomfort sensations during the healing period. It is useful both for PMU artists who recommend it to clients at the end of the procedure and for clients caring for the treated area at home. The compact 4 g format makes it easy to carry and apply hygienically, anywhere.

How to use

Wash your hands thoroughly before each application — the freshly pigmented area is sensitive to contamination.
Gently clean the treated area according to the instructions received from your artist and pat it dry.
Remove the cap and twist the stick very little, just enough to bring the product to the surface.
Apply a thin layer directly on the tattooed lips or eyebrows with gentle movements, without rubbing or pressing.
Repeat the application throughout the day, on clean skin, following the frequency recommended by your artist.
Continue daily care for the recommended 15 days by the manufacturer, to maintain skin elasticity and achieve optimal pigmentation results.
After each use, put the cap back on and store the stick in a clean, cool place.

Tips from us

A thin layer is enough — excess product does not speed up healing and may prevent the skin from breathing.
Treat the stick as a strictly personal product: do not share it with anyone, to avoid bacterial transfer on the healing area.
If you want maximum hygiene (e.g., when applying on both lips and eyebrows), scoop a little product with a disposable stick or spatula instead of touching the stick directly to the skin.
During the healing period, avoid prolonged sun exposure, saunas, swimming pools, and decorative makeup applied directly on the treated area — general aftercare rules for permanent makeup.
Do not pick or rub the scabs that form naturally; let them come off on their own, and the stick helps maintain comfort in the meantime.
For artists: provide the client with written aftercare instructions at the end of the session, so the product is used correctly at home.

Warning: Apply the product only on clean skin with washed hands — hygiene is essential during the healing period after permanent makeup. Although the formula is hypoallergenic and fragrance-free, stop using it if severe redness, itching, swelling, or any unusual reaction occurs, and consult your artist or a doctor. Do not apply on areas showing signs of infection. When applying on eyebrows, avoid direct contact with eyes. The product is intended for cosmetic care and does not replace medical advice.

Frequently asked questions

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?▾

Yes, the manufacturer formulated the product as hypoallergenic and fragrance-free, precisely for skin sensitized after permanent makeup. However, every skin reacts differently: if you notice irritation or unusual discomfort after application, stop using it and seek advice from your artist or a doctor.

How long should I use the stick after the procedure?▾

The manufacturer recommends regular use for 15 days for optimal results and better durability of the permanent makeup. Also follow the instructions of the artist who performed the procedure — they know the specifics of the work and your skin best.

Can I use it on both lips and eyebrows?▾

Yes, it is designed for the care of tattooed areas after permanent makeup, both on lips and eyebrows. If you use it on both areas, for better hygiene you can scoop the product with a clean disposable stick instead of touching the stick directly to the skin.

How do I keep the stick hygienic throughout use?▾

Apply it only with washed hands and on clean skin, close the cap immediately after use, and store it in a cool place, away from heat and dirt. Do not share it with others — it is a strictly personal product, especially when the skin is healing.

Is it also good for a classic body tattoo?▾

The product is specifically designed for aftercare of permanent makeup on lips and eyebrows, where the skin is finer and the stick format allows precise application. For body tattoos, there are dedicated healing creams intended for larger areas — choose the product according to the type of work.

How big is the product and will it last for the healing period?▾

The stick has a compact 4 g format, practical to carry in a purse or pocket for applications throughout the day. Applied in a thin layer on small areas (lips or eyebrows), the amount is intended for one care cycle; the exact duration depends on how often you apply it.
