Guide & full description

Complete guide: Spray container black 200ml

A reusable container with a spray head, made of aluminum, with a capacity of 200 ml, in a black finish. It is a basic accessory for the work station: you use it for the liquid solutions you constantly need during the session, dispensed finely, without waste. Being compact and lightweight (approximately 60 g empty), it finds its place on any work table, and the aluminum construction makes it resistant to daily use in the studio.

How to use

  1. Before first use, unscrew the spray head, wash the container with water and detergent, rinse it well, and let it dry completely.
  2. Fill the container with the desired solution (e.g., diluted green soap solution or distilled water), without filling it to the brim, to leave room for the spray mechanism.
  3. Screw the spray head on tightly to avoid leaks, and label the container with the contents and the date the solution was prepared.
  4. Test a few sprays on a paper towel to ensure the nozzle sprays evenly.
  5. During the session, spray the solution onto the paper towel you use to wipe the work area, not directly onto the damaged skin — this reduces the risk of cross-contamination.
  6. At the end of the day, empty the remaining solution, rinse the container with clean water, spray water through the head a few times to clean the mechanism as well, then leave it open to dry.

Tips from us

  • Dedicate each liquid its own container and label them clearly — never mix different solutions in the same container.
  • Prepare only the amount of solution needed for the workday; diluted solutions left for days in the container can degrade.
  • Wrap the container in barrier film during the session — at the end, discard the film and significantly reduce cleaning and contamination risk.
  • If the nozzle clogs, spray clean water through it several times until it unclogs, instead of forcing the mechanism.
  • Being opaque, the container does not let light reach the contents — a practical advantage over transparent containers for solutions kept on the table all day.
  • Check the recommendations of the manufacturer of the solution you use to ensure it can be stored in this type of container.
Warning: The container is reusable and works in the immediate vicinity of the tattooing area, so it enters the station's hygiene routine: disinfect its exterior between clients or, more simply, cover it with barrier film during the session. Do not spray directly onto damaged skin — use the paper towel as an intermediary. Empty, rinse, and dry the container regularly; stagnant liquid is a breeding ground for bacteria. Do not store substances in it for which it was not designed and never use it for products that go under the skin.

Frequently asked questions

What liquids can I put in this container?

It is designed for the usual liquids on the work station: diluted green soap solution, distilled water, or cleaning solutions used during the session. The practical rule is one container per solution, clearly labeled. For any special solution, check the manufacturer's recommendations regarding the type of container it can be stored in.

How do I properly sanitize it between clients?

The most effective way is to cover it with barrier film at the start of the session and discard the film at the end, then disinfect the exterior with a surface disinfectant. At the end of the day, empty the remaining solution, rinse the container and spray mechanism with clean water, and leave everything open to dry. Do not leave diluted solutions in it overnight.

Is it disposable or can I reuse it?

It is a reusable container, not a disposable one. Being made of aluminum, it withstands daily use in the studio, provided you clean and dry it regularly. Essentially, you buy it once and use it long-term, unlike disposable containers.

Can I spray the solution directly onto the client's skin?

The recommended practice during tattooing is to spray onto the paper towel you use to wipe the area, not directly onto the damaged skin. This avoids cross-contamination between the client and the container, which remains on the table from one session to another. The container itself is not a sterile device.

How big is it? Is it enough for a workday?

It has a capacity of 200 ml and weighs approximately 60 g empty, so it is a compact format designed for the work station, not for storage. For many artists, 200 ml of working solution easily covers a session; if you work a lot, you can refill it from a larger reserve or keep two containers ready.

What advantage does it have over a plastic container?

Aluminum makes it resistant and durable for daily use — it withstands repeated handling in the studio better. Additionally, being black and opaque, the contents are not exposed to light while on the table. It is a solid choice if you want a long-term working container, not one you replace often.
