It appears on the site under 'Disinfectants' because it belongs to the same hygiene area, but the actual disinfection step is done separately with a product intended for that purpose.

Both, because they are consecutive steps, not alternatives. Washing with soap and water removes visible dirt, grease, and residues—without it, a disinfectant applied over dirty hands works poorly. Disinfectant comes immediately after, on already clean and dry hands, and only then do you put on gloves. In practice, soap stays at the sink, disinfectant stays by the worktable.

It is formulated exactly for repeated use: it has a pH of 5 ± 1, emollient and protective effects, and the formula contains glycerin, Aloe Vera Gel, and Sodium PCA, which contribute to skin comfort and maintaining hydration. Apply, lather, rinse thoroughly with water, and dry—then continue with the skin preparation and disinfection steps in your protocol, because, again, this product is a soap, not a skin disinfectant. Since it is scented and colored, ask the client if they have known sensitivities before using it on large areas of skin.
