Spirit hectograph paper works by pressure: the highly visible violet pigment deposits on the back of the sheet as you draw, and from there it transfers to the skin. How to use

Prepare the skin area: shave if necessary, clean and degrease it, then let it dry.
Take a set of sheets from the pack — the system has three layers: the tracing sheet on top, the hectograph middle layer with pigment, and the backing sheet. Keep them together while you draw.
Draw the design directly on the top tracing sheet with firm, consistent pressure; the pressure deposits the violet pigment on the back of the sheet. Being pressure-sensitive, you can also capture fine details.
Lift the tracing sheet — on the reverse you will see the mirror image in violet.
Apply a thin layer of stencil fixing solution or gel to the skin, so the transfer is clearer and more durable.
Place the pigment side on the skin, smooth it evenly without moving it, and hold it down for a few seconds.
Carefully lift the paper and let the stencil dry completely before starting the tattoo.
If a line didn't come out well, clean the area and repeat the transfer with a new sheet.
