Biotek Cherry Red 113 Pre-Drawing Lip Liner is a cosmetic pencil for permanent makeup (PMU) pre-drawing, made with safe, non-toxic, hypoallergenic and nickel-free Biotek pigments. It is part of the Biotek 16-shade range that faithfully reproduces their pigment palette, designed specifically for the consultation and marking phase before the procedure.
