Guide & full description

Complete guide: UNIGLOVES Disposable Razor Blade 100 pcs

The box contains 100 Unigloves disposable razors — the essential consumable for preparing the area before a tattoo session. Each razor has a single stainless steel blade, a black plastic handle, and a protective cap over the blade. Their role is simple but essential: they remove hair from the work area so that the stencil adheres properly and the needle works on clean, unobstructed skin. They are designed for tattoo and piercing studios, as well as for any skin preparation that requires a clean shave and a new razor for each person.

How to use

Put on disposable gloves before handling the razor.
Take a new razor out of the box for each client — never reuse one that has already been used.
Remove the protective cap from the blade just before use.
Clean and degrease the area, then apply a lubricant (shaving gel or foam, or soapy water) to reduce friction and skin irritation.
Shave with short, controlled strokes in the direction of hair growth, gently stretching the skin with the other hand — especially on curved areas (ribs, ankle, joints).
Wipe away any residue, disinfect the area, and only then apply the stencil.
Immediately dispose of the used razor in the sharps container, without touching the blade.

Tips from us

A new razor for each client, without exception — this is the hygiene rule that must not be compromised.
Always shave on lubricated skin (gel, foam, or soap); this prevents micro-cuts and irritation that could affect the session.
Use short, controlled strokes in the direction of hair growth, and stretch the skin on curved areas for an even shave.
Keep the box in a dry place, away from moisture, so the stainless steel blade does not oxidize before use.
Always keep a backup stock in the studio so you don't run out in the middle of your schedule.

Warning: The razors are disposable: never reuse them between clients, because the blade that has touched the skin presents a risk of cross-contamination with bloodborne pathogens. Handle the blades only with protective gloves. After use, dispose of the razor in the sharps container, not in household waste — a tattoo studio must have a contract with an authorized waste collection company. Also be careful when handling: the blade is sharp, so avoid direct contact with the cutting edge.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a disposable razor required for each client?▾

Because the blade comes into contact with the skin and sometimes with micro-lesions, and reusing it would mean a risk of cross-contamination (including bloodborne pathogens). The hygiene rule in tattooing and piercing is clear: a new, clean razor for each person, used once and then discarded. This is also a point checked by health inspections.

How long does a box of 100 pieces last me?▾

It depends on how many clients you have and the size of the shaved areas — you use on average one razor per client, sometimes two for large surfaces (back, full leg). The 100-piece format covers several days of activity; the practical recommendation is to always keep a spare box so you don't run out.

How do I properly dispose of used razors?▾

They are classified as sharps waste and must be disposed of exclusively in a special sharps container, never in household trash. The full container is handed over to an authorized waste collection company — any tattoo studio should have such an active contract. Handle used razors only with gloves.

Do I absolutely have to use shaving gel or foam?▾

It is not mandatory, but it is recommended. A layer of gel, shaving foam, or even soapy water reduces friction, helps the blade glide evenly, and lowers the risk of irritation or micro-cuts — important when you are about to tattoo that area. On dry skin, you risk a more aggressive shave.

Is this product suitable for my studio?▾

Yes, if you need a simple consumable for pre-tattoo or pre-piercing shaving. Each piece is a complete razor, ready to use — you don't need a separate handle or replacement blades. You take it out of the box, remove the cap, use it, then discard it.

How do I store the box so the blades don't rust?▾

Keep the box in a dry place at room temperature, away from moisture and water sources. Stainless steel is resistant, but prolonged humidity can still affect the blade edge over time. Only open the protective cap at the moment of use, not before.

Product description

Unigloves disposable razor 100 pieces The shaver has a single stainless steel blade and a protective cover. Material: plastic Color: black Box of 100 disposable razor blades by Unigloves, an essential consumable for preparing the tattoo area before each session. Unigloves blades are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel with an industrially sharpened double edge that delivers a clean, efficient shave on the first pass without irritating the client's skin. Each blade is individually wrapped in protective foil to prevent oxidation and contamination, maintaining sterility until the moment of use. The double-edge design allows use of both sides, maximizing efficiency per unit and reducing studio operational costs. The standard 0.1mm blade thickness provides the flexibility needed to follow the body's natural contours — essential in difficult areas such as ribs, ankles, and joints. Universal compatibility with all professional razors featuring interchangeable blades, including medical-grade handles and tattoo-industry-specific models. Unlike consumer-grade supermarket blades, Unigloves blades are engineered for professional environments: harder steel, finer edge, individual sterile packaging. An average studio consumes between 5-15 blades per day, making the 100-piece box format sufficient for 1-3 weeks of intensive activity. Hygiene protocol mandates using a fresh blade for every client — blades are never reused. After use, blades must be disposed of in a sharps container according to biosafety regulations. Unigloves is a recognized German manufacturer in the medical and protective consumables industry, with CE certification and European quality standards. Purchasing in the 100-piece box format provides the best quantity-to-price ratio for professional studios. Frequently Asked Questions
