Guide & full description

Complete guide: Spray container black

It is a trigger spray bottle, in black, designed for liquids used daily in a tattoo studio: diluted green soap, distilled water, disinfectant or alcohol. The aluminum body, with a 150 ml capacity, makes it reusable and easy to integrate into your workstation. It is useful for the artist during every session, as well as for sanitizing surfaces between clients. The opaque black color gives it a discreet appearance and protects the contents from light.

How to use

Wash and rinse the bottle before first use, then let it dry.
Unscrew the spray head and fill the body with the desired solution (diluted green soap, distilled water, disinfectant or alcohol), without exceeding the 150 ml capacity.
Clearly label the bottle: being black and opaque, you cannot see the contents from the outside.
Screw the spray head on firmly so that it seals to prevent leaks.
Hold the bottle at a comfortable distance from the surface and press the trigger for a fine, even mist.
Use it for preparing and cleaning the work area or skin, according to your usual workflow.
After the session, empty liquids that are not kept, rinse and pump clean water through the mechanism to prevent clogging.
Dry completely and store the bottle closed.

Tips from us

Label each bottle or adopt a coding system, because the opaque bottle does not show what it contains.
Do not exceed 150 ml when filling, to leave room for the pump to work properly.
Periodically rinse the pump mechanism with clean water; dried green soap is the main cause of clogging.
Use a dedicated bottle for each type of solution to avoid mixing substances.
Wipe the exterior with alcohol after each session to maintain a clean workstation appearance.
Avoid aggressive solvents (e.g., acetone), which can damage the seals and finish.

Warning: The bottle is a reusable accessory, not a sterile product: sanitize it regularly and do not use it for substances that are incompatible with each other. Always label the contents, because the black body is opaque and confusion between solutions can be dangerous. Do not store very aggressive solvents in it. For any contact with the skin, follow your hygiene protocols and the instructions of the manufacturer of the solution used.

Frequently asked questions

What is the capacity of the bottle?▾

It has a capacity of 150 ml, suitable for a work session without frequent refills. Do not fill it to the brim, to leave the necessary space for the pumping mechanism.

What material is it made of?▾

The body is made of aluminum, a durable and easy-to-clean material. It weighs approximately 60 g, so it is easy to handle with one hand.

What can I put in it?▾

It is suitable for common studio liquids: diluted green soap, distilled water, disinfectant, alcohol or similar cleaning solutions. Always check that the solution is compatible with the bottle and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Is it alcohol-resistant?▾

Yes, you can use alcohol for disinfection; the usual concentration of isopropyl alcohol in tattoo studios is 70%. However, avoid very aggressive solvents, such as acetone, which can affect the seals and finish.

How do I clean and maintain it?▾

Wipe the exterior with alcohol on a towel. For the interior, empty it, rinse with warm water and pump clean water through the mechanism until it runs clear, then dry it completely. Regular cleaning prevents pump clogging and maintains a professional appearance.

Is it disposable or reusable?▾

It is reusable, not a consumable. With periodic washing and disinfecting, you can use it for a long time; when spraying becomes uneven or leaks appear, the pumping component is usually the first to need replacement.

Product description

Spray container Aluminum spray container, strong and durable. Large diameter, easy to clean and fill. Aluminum metal body, dustproof, leakproof Capacity: 150ml Material: aluminum Uses: suitable for packaging hand sanitizer, disinfectant, alcohol and other products. The Black Spray Bottle is the matte or glossy black finish variant of the professional sprayer for tattoo studios, offering a modern and discreet appearance that harmoniously integrates into the contemporary aesthetics of professional studios. Black is the most popular color choice in the tattoo industry due to its association with professionalism, modernity, and visual cleanliness — it does not reveal ink stains or daily wear as easily as light-colored variants. Functionally, the opaque black container offers complete light protection, preventing photochemical degradation of light-sensitive solutions (witch hazel, certain disinfectants, cosmetic preparations). The spray mechanism produces fine and uniform mist, qualitatively identical to other color variants of the same model. Manufactured from professional-grade plastic resistant to chemicals used in tattoo studios: isopropyl alcohol, green soap, witch hazel, medical disinfectants, and distilled water. The ergonomic trigger allows single-handed use, and the cap ensures sealing for transport. Volume is sized for complete professional sessions. Reusable with washing and disinfection cycle. Black works excellently in color-coded organization systems — many tattoo artists use black for green soap, silver for water, and white for witch hazel. Frequently Asked Questions
