Set of 50 Light Blue Plastic Caps 12mm

Complete guide: Set of 50 Light Blue Plastic Caps 12mm

This product is a set of 50 plastic ink caps (cups) for tattoo ink, with a diameter of Ø12 mm, in a decorative skull shape, light blue color. The ink caps serve to hold the pigment while you work, and their small diameter makes them suitable for small amounts of ink — fine lines, details, touch-ups, or colors used sparingly. Being a consumable, they are designed for single use, after which they are discarded.

How to use

1. Prepare the work station with protective barriers on the surfaces where you place the ink caps.
2. Secure the ink caps either in a dedicated ink cap stand or stuck on adhesive tape/a stable surface, so they do not tip over during work.
3. Pour into each ink cap only the amount of ink you need for that session — given the small diameter (Ø12mm), they are suitable for small volumes.
4. If you mix or dilute the color, do so directly in the ink cap, according to the recommendations of the ink manufacturer used.
5. Dip the needle/tube into the ink cap to pick up pigment as you work, avoiding direct contact of the handle with the edge of the ink cap.
6. At the end of a session with a client, dispose of the used ink cap — it is not kept for the next client.
7. Throw away the remaining ink and the used ink cap in the waste container, according to the hygiene procedures of the studio.

Tips from us

• Pour a little ink at a time; it's easier to add later than to throw away excess from a 12mm ink cap.
• Use an ink cap stand for stability — reduces the risk of spillage on the work table.
• Allocate a separate ink cap for each color, even if working on the same client, to avoid unwanted mixing of shades.
• Keep the set in a dry and clean place, away from dust, until use.
• Quickly check each ink cap before filling — if you notice cracks or deformations, do not use it.
