This is the premium edition from the Proton range of airless system transfer solutions, designed for fixing the stencil onto the skin before tattooing. The water-based, alcohol-free formula creates a strong bond between the thermal ink and the skin, so the design remains visible even in long sessions or on problematic skin (oily, sweaty). The 250ml airless piston bottle dispenses the product without contact with outside air, which helps with hygiene and maintaining consistency from the first to the last pump. It is primarily aimed at professional artists, but can be used by anyone working with thermal stencils.
How to use
- Prepare the work area: shave the skin, clean and degrease it (on oily skin, an isopropyl alcohol-based degreaser helps adhesion), then let it dry completely.
- Pump a small amount of solution onto a glove or a disposable towel — the airless system does not require shaking before use.
- Spread a thin, even layer over the entire area where the stencil will be applied; a thick layer does not help and may smudge the lines.
- Place the stencil paper with the printed side onto the skin and press evenly for a few seconds, without moving it.
- Lift the paper in one smooth motion, starting from a corner, to avoid doubling the lines.
- Let the transfer dry completely before starting the tattoo — a well-dried stencil withstands wiping and handling much better.
- After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and store the bottle upright, at room temperature, away from direct light.

- Less is more: a thin, even film fixes the stencil more cleanly than an abundant layer, which can cause the lines to 'bleed'.
- On very oily or sweaty skin, pre-degreasing with isopropyl alcohol and completely drying the area make a difference in adhesion — only then apply the solution.
- Never touch the bottle nozzle directly to the client's skin; always dispense onto an intermediate disposable surface to maintain the hygiene advantage of the airless system.
- For large pieces and long sessions, apply the stencil as early as possible in the setup, so it has time to set well before the first needle.
- Works with thermal paper (including Spirit, S8, ReproFX) and with manual transfers on carbon paper — you don't need a separate solution for each type.
