Guide & full description

Complete guide: Tattoo Finish 240ml

This finishing spray is used at the end of a tattoo session, immediately after you have finished working on the piece. Thanks to the active ingredient — aluminum sulfate, an astringent and hemostatic agent — it helps contract superficial vessels, close pores, and reduce capillary bleeding, so more ink remains in the skin, and the area looks cleaner and more defined. It is a professional product intended for tattoo artists, in a 240 ml bottle with a spray pump. It does not replace post-tattoo care: it is an immediate finishing step, applied once at the end of the session.

How to use

Finish the tattoo and clean the area as usual, with a damp paper towel, removing excess ink and plasma.
Shake the bottle gently and spray from about 15-20 cm away, covering the entire tattooed surface evenly.
Let the solution act for 30-60 seconds.
Gently blot any excess with a clean paper towel, if necessary.
Continue with regular aftercare (cream, foil, or bandage) — Tattoo Finish does not replace it.
Use the product once, only immediately after finishing the tattoo.

Tips from us

Apply it only after final cleaning, on skin already wiped of excess plasma and ink, so the solution acts directly on the surface.
Keep a distance of 15-20 cm: too close will oversaturate one area instead of creating an even film.
Right after application, when the skin is calmer and colors more defined, it is a good time for portfolio photos.
According to the description, it can be combined with a visual enhancement gel (e.g., InkTrox Instagel) for better photos.
Store the bottle at room temperature, away from heat sources and flame, because the formula contains alcohol.
Do not treat it as aftercare — the client still needs home care.

Warning: The product is applied to freshly tattooed skin, i.e., damaged skin, so maintain hygiene: clean hands and gloves, disinfect the outside of the bottle between sessions, and do not touch the nozzle to skin or equipment. The formula contains denatured alcohol and aluminum sulfate and may cause a slight stinging sensation upon application; avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Being alcohol-based, it is flammable — keep it away from flame and heat sources. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace post-tattoo care; for any skin reaction, direct the client to a doctor.

Frequently asked questions

What does Tattoo Finish spray actually do?▾

It is applied once, immediately after the tattoo is finished. The active ingredient, aluminum sulfate, has an astringent and hemostatic effect: it helps contract superficial vessels, close pores, and reduce capillary bleeding. This leaves more ink in the skin, and the area looks cleaner and more defined right after the session.

Is it an aftercare product, and how do I choose it over a care cream?▾

It is not an aftercare product and does not replace a care cream. It is an immediate finishing product, used once at the end of the session, before normal aftercare. After application, you continue with regular care (cream, foil, or bandage). The two complement each other: one finishes the piece on the spot, the other supports healing at home.

Which inks and styles is it compatible with?▾

According to the description, it is compatible with all types of ink and all tattoo styles, because it acts on the skin level (closes pores and reduces bleeding), not on the pigment itself.

How many tattoos does the 240 ml bottle cover?▾

Approximately 40-60 tattoos, depending on the size of each piece: 2-3 sprays are enough for a small tattoo, while sleeves or large areas require more.

Does it affect tattoo healing?▾

The manufacturer indicates it has no long-term negative effects on healing, as the action of aluminum sulfate is temporary, and pores reopen naturally. However, it is not a medical treatment, so for any unusual skin reaction, the client should consult a doctor.

How do I store it and maintain hygiene?▾

Keep the bottle at room temperature, away from heat and flame, because the formula contains alcohol. Disinfect the outside of the bottle between sessions and apply the solution only with clean hands and gloves, as it goes on freshly tattooed skin. Do not touch the nozzle to skin or equipment, and do not share the same bottle between studios without disinfection.

Product description

Tattoo Finish Spray Tattoo Finish on right after you have finished tattooing. First, clean the tattooed skin as usual and simply spray on Tattoo Finish. Tattoo Finish will close the pores and stops bleeding immediately. This means it keeps the more ink inside the skin. Tattoo Finish will also remove swelling. Tattoo Finish is being used by some of the best artists worldwide. Quantity: 240ml Tattoo Finish 240ml finishing spray is a professional post-tattoo product applied immediately after completing the tattoo to close pores, stop bleeding, and retain more ink in the skin. Formulated in Germany, Tattoo Finish contains aluminum sulfate (hemostatic and astringent agent), glycerin (moisturizer), denatured alcohol, and purified water — a simple yet extremely effective combination that reduces swelling and maintains vibrant colors in the critical first minutes after tattoo completion. Mechanism of action: aluminum sulfate contracts superficial blood vessels and closes pores, stopping capillary bleeding and reducing exudate that would wash away freshly deposited ink. The visible result: the tattoo looks clearer, more defined, and more vibrant immediately after application — ideal for portfolio tattoo photography. The pump-action spray applies directly to the completed tattoo after final cleaning. Used by some of the best artists worldwide. The 240ml format covers approximately 40-60 tattoos. It is not an aftercare product — it is an immediate finishing product. Compatible with all ink types and all tattoo styles. Made in Germany. No long-term negative effect on healing. Used once, immediately after tattoo completion. Available at tatuat.ro with fast delivery in Romania. The product can be combined with InkTrox Instagel for maximum photographic results: Tattoo Finish calms the skin, and Instagel visually amplifies colors and details. Frequently Asked Questions
