Guide & full description
Complete guide: INK-EEZE Tattoo Aftercare Mini Spray 10ml
Ink Eeze Care Spray is an aftercare product in a compact 10 ml format, designed to hydrate and soothe fresh tattoos without touching the sensitized skin with your hands. The non-greasy, petrolatum-free formula contains vitamins (A and E) and botanical extracts such as sunflower oil, lavender, and soy, which help the skin recover and keep colors vibrant without a greasy shine. It is vegan and not tested on animals. The small size makes it suitable both for the artist who wants to offer the client an individual dose at the end of the session, and for the newly tattooed person who needs a simple, portable solution.
How to use
- Wash your hands thoroughly, then gently clean the tattooed area with water and a mild soap, and pat it dry with a clean towel.
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Spray evenly from about 10-15 cm away, covering the entire tattoo surface without touching the skin with your fingers.
- Let the spray absorb naturally for a few minutes; do not rub or wipe off the product immediately.
- Repeat the application a few times a day during the first days of healing, then gradually reduce frequency as the skin recovers.
- Do not cover the tattoo with film or bandage immediately after application, unless your artist advised otherwise.
- Store the bottle at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Tips from us
- The 10 ml format is ideal as an individual dose per client — hygienic and easy to give as a take-home pack at the end of the session.
- Being a spray, you don't touch the tattoo with your hands: you reduce the risk of contamination compared to cream jars where you scoop with fingers.
- The non-greasy, petrolatum-free formula lets the skin breathe and avoids the heavy feeling of conventional ointments.
- For large tattoos (sleeve, back pieces), a single 10 ml bottle may be insufficient — consider multiple bottles.
- It can also be used on already healed tattoos to refresh the color appearance — the manufacturer also describes it as an ink enhancer.
- The travel-size format fits easily in a bag or pocket, convenient for reapplication throughout the day.
Frequently asked questions
How do I correctly apply the spray on a fresh tattoo?▾
On a clean and dry area by patting, spray evenly from about 10-15 cm away, without touching the skin with your fingers. Let the product absorb naturally for a few minutes, without rubbing. Repeat a few times a day during the first days, then reduce frequency as the tattoo heals.
Why is a spray more hygienic than a cream in a jar?▾
Because you don't touch the fresh tattoo with your fingers, so you don't transfer bacteria to the skin. Additionally, an individual 10 ml bottle intended for a single client reduces the risk of cross-contamination, unlike cream jars from which multiple people take. This is why many artists prefer the spray format.
Can it completely replace aftercare cream?▾
The manufacturer presents it as a standalone aftercare solution, with vitamins (A and E) and botanical extracts that hydrate and soothe the skin. For very dry skin or arid climates, some artists choose to combine the spray with a light cream after the first week. In general, follow your tattoo artist's recommendation.
How long does a 10 ml bottle last?▾
It depends on the size of the tattoo and how often you apply. For a small tattoo it lasts longer, while for large pieces (sleeve, back) a single 10 ml bottle may be insufficient and it's good to have multiple. The 10 ml format is specifically designed as an individual dose per client.
Is it vegan and free of petroleum derivatives?▾
Yes. According to the manufacturer, the spray is vegan and not tested on animals, and the formula is non-greasy and petrolatum-free. It is manufactured in the USA. If you have allergies, still check the full ingredient list on the packaging before use.
Can I also use it on older, already healed tattoos?▾
Yes. In addition to its aftercare role for fresh tattoos, the manufacturer also describes it as an ink enhancer, which refreshes the color appearance on healed tattoos without a greasy shine. You can use it occasionally to hydrate the skin and keep the colors vibrant.
