Guide & full description
Complete guide: Vertix Microblading Needles
Vertix microblading blades are precision instruments designed for eyebrow micropigmentation procedures, with which the PMU artist creates fine incisions that mimic natural hair strokes. Each blade consists of linearly arranged micro-needles, made from 304 surgical-grade stainless steel, and comes individually packaged, sterilized with EO gas. They are single-use products, intended for both experienced PMU artists and those just starting out — with more predictable classic configurations and advanced variants for fine details.
How to use
- Check the integrity of the sterile packaging before opening — if the packaging is damaged or opened, do not use the blade.
- Prepare the work area according to hygiene protocol: disposable gloves, protective barriers on surfaces and tools, pigments and consumables within reach.
- Open the packaging only immediately before the procedure and remove the protective cap of the blade.
- Choose the right configuration for your technique and desired result: according to the manufacturer, U-blade for thicker strokes, Flexi for fine strokes, Nano for ultra-fine details, and classic configurations for stable, predictable work.
- Draw the eyebrow shape beforehand and work on properly prepared skin, according to your professional training.
- Load the blade with pigment and perform fine, controlled incisions in the direction of natural hair growth, with minimal pressure and short movements.
- Use the included eyebrow brush and applicator to remove excess pigment and check the uniformity of the work as you go.
- At the end of the procedure, dispose of the blade in a special sharps container — never reuse it.
Tips from us
- Practice on artificial skin before working on clients, especially when switching to a new blade configuration — each configuration produces a different stroke in terms of thickness and depth.
- Always use a new blade for each client; besides safety, the intact sharpness ensures clean incisions and even pigment deposition.
- Choose the blade thickness according to the client's skin type and the desired effect: thinner blades create finer strokes, thicker ones create more visible strokes.
- If you mount the blade on a microblading pen, check compatibility with your model before purchase — the manufacturer indicates compatibility with most professional pens, but it is worth confirming.
- The non-slip silicone handle helps with control, but technique still makes the difference: maintain a consistent angle and light pressure for minimal skin trauma.
- Store the blades in their original sterile packaging at room temperature, away from moisture.
Frequently asked questions
Are the blades sterile? How can I ensure the procedure is safe?▾
Yes, each Vertix blade is individually packaged and sterilized with EO gas, according to the manufacturer's data. For safety, check the integrity of the packaging before opening, open it only at the time of the procedure, and use a new blade for each client. After use, dispose of the blade in a sharps container — it should not be cleaned or reused, regardless of the disinfection method.
Which blade configuration should I choose for my technique?▾
The manufacturer offers multiple configurations: U-blade for thicker strokes, Flexi for fine strokes, Nano for ultra-fine details, and classic configurations, especially recommended for beginners for stability and predictability. The choice depends on your microblading technique, the client's skin type, and the desired result — as a general rule, thinner blades produce finer strokes, thicker ones produce more visible strokes. Test the new configuration on artificial skin before using it on clients.
Do they fit on the microblading pen I already have?▾
According to the manufacturer, Vertix blades are compatible with most professional microblading pens on the market, with a blade design that allows secure and stable mounting. However, the recommendation — which we also support — is to check compatibility with your specific pen model before purchase.
Are they suitable if I am just starting in PMU?▾
The range includes configurations for all levels: classic blades are suitable for beginners due to their predictable behavior, while advanced variants, such as Nano, are recommended for experienced artists. Important: microblading requires professional training before working on clients — good blades do not replace correct technique, but support it.
What does the product include besides the blade?▾
According to the features listed by the manufacturer, the product has a non-slip silicone handle, protective cap, plus an eyebrow brush and applicator — useful accessories for removing excess pigment and checking the work during the procedure. The blade itself is made of 304 surgical-grade stainless steel, single-use.
How do I properly store the blades between procedures?▾
Keep them sealed in their original sterile packaging at room temperature, in a place protected from moisture. Do not remove the blades from packaging in advance and do not use a blade whose packaging has been damaged or opened — sterility is no longer guaranteed.
