How do I properly sanitize it between clients?▾
Like any part mounted on the machine: during the session it stays covered by the disposable barrier together with the machine and battery, and the barrier is discarded after each client. Between sessions, wipe the exterior surfaces with a disinfectant wipe for equipment. Do not submerge it in solutions or put it in an autoclave — it is an electrical component and would be damaged.

Most often it is a matter of imperfect contact, not a defect. Check in order: that the converter is fully inserted into the machine's RCA socket, that the battery is properly seated on the converter terminals, and that the contacts are clean, free of residue.
