Yes, it is the dedicated backup charger for Cheyenne Sol Nova Unlimited machine batteries. Beyond these, it accepts Li-ion batteries with a voltage of 3.6/3.7 V, of type IMR, INR, or ICR, in formats 16340, 10440, 14500, 18500, 18650, 20700, and 26650. Check the markings on your battery before use.
Does it come with a wall plug?▾
No. The package includes the charger and a USB-C to USB-C cable, without a wall adapter. You power it from your phone or tablet USB adapter or from a power bank — the source must support QC3.0 and deliver 5 V at 2.0 A.
How long does it take to charge a battery?▾
For a 2000 mAh battery, approximately 2 hours, at the maximum charging current of 1.8 A. The actual duration depends on the battery capacity, the discharge level, and how much power the power source you use can deliver.
Can I charge two batteries at the same time?▾
Yes. The charger works with two batteries simultaneously, each slot delivering between 0.5 and 1.8 A, and the LED indicator shows separately, through intermittent flashing, the charge level of each battery.
How do I properly maintain it in a tattoo studio?▾
Keep it permanently in the clean area of the studio, away from the work station and any risk of splashing or contamination. Do not touch it with gloves used during work. Clean it externally, disconnected from the source, and check the condition of the USB-C cable — a damaged cable is replaced, not repaired improvisationally.
How do I know when charging is finished?▾
Monitor the LED indicator, which flashes according to the charge level of each battery — the change in the LED's behavior shows you the progress. Technically, charging is considered complete when the battery voltage reaches 4.16–4.24 V and the current drops below 100 mA; after that, you can remove the battery and use or store it.
