Guide & full description

Complete guide: Pierce Buric 100003-2

Navel Piercing 100003-2 is a navel piercing jewelry, of the curved barbell ("banana") type, with a small ball at one end and a large ball at the other. It is installed on an existing navel piercing and serves to replace the worn jewelry or to choose a different visual appearance. The barbell thickness is 12G, the barbell length is 11.53 mm, and the two balls have 5 mm (small ball) and 8 mm (large ball) diameters. It is a product aimed at piercing/tattoo studios and individuals with a fully healed navel piercing.

How to use

Check before ordering that the thickness (12G) and barbell length (11.53 mm) match your existing piercing or your piercer's recommendation.
Wash your hands thoroughly and disinfect them before touching the jewelry or the piercing area.
Disinfect the jewelry before insertion using a suitable piercing solution.
Unscrew the small ball from one end of the curved barbell — this is the removable part.
Carefully insert the barbell through the piercing channel without forcing.
Re-screw the small ball onto the end of the barbell and tighten it firmly, without excessive force.
Visually and by touch, check that both balls are securely fastened and do not spin freely.
Continue your usual piercing hygiene routine according to the recommendations received at the time of piercing.

Tips from us

Always note the gauge (12G) and barbell length (11.53 mm) of your current piercing before ordering replacement jewelry to avoid an incompatible piece.
If the piercing is not fully healed, ask your piercer for advice before changing the initial jewelry.
After installation, periodically check that the ball is tightly secured — a loose ball can be lost.
Store unused jewelry in a clean, dry place, away from dust, until you use it.
Handle the piercing with clean hands and as infrequently as possible during the healing period to reduce the risk of irritation.
If the ball is difficult to screw on or you feel unusual resistance, do not force it — check the thread before insisting.

Warning: The navel piercing is a sensitive area, with slower healing than other body areas. Handle the jewelry only with clean hands, disinfect the piece before insertion, and avoid changing jewelry on a recent, unhealed piercing without a specialist's approval. If persistent redness, pain, swelling, or unusual discharge occurs around the piercing, stop wearing the jewelry and seek advice from a piercer or a doctor. This product is a piercing jewelry, not a piercing tool — the initial piercing must be performed by a professional under proper hygiene conditions.

Frequently asked questions

What does "12G needle size" mean for this product?▾

12G (gauge) describes the thickness of the jewelry's barbell, the same unit of measurement used for piercing needles. The smaller the number, the thicker the barbell. For this piercing, the thickness is 12G — it must match the gauge of your piercing channel, not just your aesthetic preference.

How do I know if the 11.53 mm barbell length fits me?▾

The barbell length should be close to the length of the jewelry you already wear, also considering any swelling in the area if the piercing is recent. If you're unsure, the safest option is to ask the piercer who performed your piercing or compare directly with your current jewelry before ordering.

How do I correctly install this navel piercing?▾

Unscrew the small ball from one end of the curved barbell, insert the barbell through the piercing channel, then re-screw the ball and tighten it firmly without forcing. Finally, check that the ball does not spin freely on the thread.

What is the difference between the two balls of the piercing?▾

The small ball (5 mm) and the large ball (8 mm) have different sizes for the specific look of navel piercings: typically, the larger ball remains visible at the bottom, while the small one is used for installation/removal when changing jewelry. The final positioning depends on personal preference and how the piercing was done.

How do I maintain and clean the piercing jewelry?▾

Disinfect the jewelry before each insertion with a suitable piercing solution, avoid contact with harsh cosmetics or chemicals, and handle it only with clean hands. Storing it in a clean, dry place between uses helps keep it in good condition.

Can I use this piercing for a fresh navel piercing?▾

The initial jewelry used for piercing is usually chosen by the piercer, taking into account the specific needs of healing. Changing to a piece like this is generally recommended after complete healing or with the approval of the specialist who performed the piercing.
