Guide & full description

Complete guide: Belly Pierce 100011

This navel piercing jewelry is made of stainless steel and comes in two sizes to best fit your piercing. It is designed for both those getting a new piercing from a professional piercer and those with a healed navel who want to change their jewelry. The displayed price is for one piece.

How to use

Choose the right size: the 'small' version has 3 mm balls and a 14G needle, the 'large' version has 4 mm balls and a 12G needle; both have a 9.6 mm stem.
For a new piercing, leave the fitting to your piercer — they sterilize the jewelry in an autoclave before insertion.
On a fully healed piercing, you can change the jewelry at home: first wash your hands with antibacterial soap.
Disinfect the new jewelry before fitting and prepare a clean, flat surface so you don't lose the small balls.
Unscrew the detachable ball, carefully remove the old jewelry by pulling the stem through the canal.
Insert the new stem through the canal and screw the decorative ball back on.
Check that it is tightened properly, then clean the area with saline solution.

Tips from us

Before choosing, check your piercing's gauge: 'small' = 14G, 'large' = 12G. A too-thick jewelry won't fit, a too-thin one won't stay secure.
If you don't know your current jewelry's thickness, ask your piercer — they can measure it for you.
Both versions have the same stem length (9.6 mm); the difference is in needle thickness and ball size (3 mm vs. 4 mm), so choose based on these details.
Work over a flat surface when changing the jewelry — small balls roll easily.
Clean the jewelry with saline solution or mild soap and water, then dry it thoroughly before storing it in a clean, dry place.

Warning: For a fresh piercing, fitting and sterilization (autoclave) should be done by a professional piercer — do not force unsanitized jewelry into an unhealed wound. Do not change the jewelry during the healing period, which for a navel usually lasts several months. Piercing jewelry is a personal hygiene item that comes into contact with skin and, as a rule, cannot be returned after contact — check the return policy before ordering. Stainless steel may contain traces of nickel; if you have a known nickel sensitivity, seek your piercer's advice.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the 'small' and 'large' versions?▾

Both have a 9.6 mm stem. The small version has 3 mm balls and a 14G needle, while the large version has 4 mm balls and a 12G (thicker) needle. Choose based on your piercing thickness and preferred ball size. Price is for one piece.

What material is it made of?▾

Stainless steel — a corrosion-resistant material that is easy to sanitize with saline solution or mild soap and water. If you have nickel sensitivity, consult your piercer before prolonged wear.

Will it fit my existing navel piercing?▾

Thickness (gauge) is the primary factor. The standard for navel piercings is 14G, which corresponds to the 'small' version; the 'large' version is 12G, thicker. Check your current jewelry's thickness or ask your piercer. In the standard gauge system, 14G is approximately 1.6 mm, and 12G is approximately 2.0 mm.

How do I clean and maintain it?▾

On a healed piercing, clean the jewelry with mild soap and water or wipe it with saline solution, then dry it thoroughly. Do not handle it with dirty hands and keep it in a clean, dry place between wears.

Is the price for one piece or a pair?▾

For one piece, i.e., a single piece of jewelry. If you select a size and add to cart, you receive one piece in the chosen version.

Can I install it myself at home?▾

Only if the piercing is fully healed. For a new piercing, fitting and sterilization are done by a piercer, with the jewelry passed through an autoclave. On a healed one: wash your hands, disinfect the jewelry, unscrew the ball, change the stem, and tighten it back.

The piece is a banana barbell (curved barbell) of gauge 14G — the industry standard for navel piercings — with anatomical curvature ensuring comfort and natural fit on the umbilical area. Manufactured from certified biocompatible materials — 316L surgical stainless steel or ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium — model 100011 guarantees safe prolonged tissue contact, corrosion resistance, and exceptional durability. The specific design of model 100011 transforms the navel piercing into a fashion accessory reflecting the wearer's personality. The premium surface finish reduces bacterial adhesion and facilitates the daily cleaning routine with saline solution, essential during the 6-12 months of healing. The jewelry is autoclaved by the professional piercer and inserted as part of the piercing procedure. After healing, model 100011 can be alternated with any other 14G gauge navel model, providing versatility in personal style expression — from casual everyday look to statement outfits for the beach or events.
