Guide & full description

Complete guide: Belly piercing 100076 set of 10 mixed pieces

Set 100076 brings together 10 navel piercing 'banana barbell' (curved barbell) with acrylic decorative balls, delivered in mixed patterns, randomly selected from stock. The bar is made of stainless steel, and the balls are internally threaded, so they are attached and removed by screwing — practically, you can often change the look of the piercing without tools. According to the product technical sheet, the needle gauge is 12G, the bar is approximately 10.25 mm, and the balls have a diameter of about 5 mm (small) and 7.74 mm (large). It is designed for someone who already has a healed navel piercing and wants a variety of patterns, not for a fresh piercing.

How to use

Use the set only on a fully healed navel piercing — not on a fresh, recently done one.
Wash your hands thoroughly with water and antibacterial soap before touching the area or the jewelry.
Disinfect both the area and the bar/balls you are about to install before changing.
Hold the curved bar steady with one hand and unscrew the top ball with the other hand, counterclockwise.
Remove the old bar from the piercing canal with gentle movements, without forcing.
Insert the new bar chosen from the set, then screw the ball back on clockwise until it is firmly fixed — without over-tightening.
Check visually and by gentle rotation that the ball is securely attached, so it does not unscrew on its own during the day.
Clean the area again after installation with a saline solution.

Tips from us

If the balls are hard to screw on, latex gloves help with grip and better traction.
Clean the acrylic balls only with warm water and mild soap — avoid alcohol, acetone, or other strong solvents that can damage their surface.
The steel bar can also be cleaned with saline solution or a medical-grade disinfectant.
Avoid exposing acrylic balls to excessive heat (they can deform) or strong impacts (they can crack).
The patterns in the set come in a mixed combination, randomly chosen from stock — if you want a specific model, choose an individual navel piercing from the dedicated category.
Do not force the thread if the ball does not screw on easily; first check that it is correctly aligned on the end of the bar.

Warning: Do not wear jewelry from this set on a fresh piercing — navel piercing healing typically takes several months, during which the jewelry initially placed by the professional piercer is recommended. Always wash your hands before touching the area or the jewelry to reduce the risk of contamination. If you notice persistent redness, swelling, unusual discharge, or pain, stop wearing the jewelry and seek advice from a specialist (piercer or doctor) — this guide does not replace professional evaluation.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does set 100076 contain?▾

The set contains 10 navel piercings of the 'banana barbell' type (curved barbell), with decorative acrylic balls, in mixed patterns — different colors and designs on each piece, randomly selected from available stock.

What size are the piercings in the set?▾

According to the product technical sheet, the needle gauge is 12G, the bar shaft is approximately 10.25 mm, the small ball has a diameter of about 5 mm, and the large ball about 7.74 mm.

Can I wear these piercings on a fresh navel piercing?▾

It is not recommended. A fresh piercing needs a healing period during which the initial jewelry placed by the piercer should be worn. This set is suitable for already healed piercings, where changing jewelry is safer and more comfortable.

How do I clean and maintain the acrylic balls and the metal bar?▾

The acrylic balls are cleaned with warm water and mild antibacterial soap, then rinsed and dried thoroughly — avoid alcohol, acetone, or other strong solvents that can damage the surface. The steel bar can be additionally cleaned with saline solution or a medical-grade disinfectant.

Can I choose which patterns I receive in the set?▾

No — the 10-piece set is delivered with mixed patterns, randomly selected from stock, precisely for variety. If you want a specific design, the safest option is to choose an individual navel piercing from the 'Navel Piercing' category on tatuat.ro.

How do I properly attach and detach the balls?▾

The balls are internally threaded, so they screw onto the ends of the curved bar. Hold the bar steady with one hand and screw the ball with the other, clockwise, until it is firmly fixed; to remove, unscrew in the opposite direction. If the ball is hard to grip, latex gloves provide better grip.

Each piece features a curved bar made from 316L surgical stainless steel, standard 14G gauge (1.6mm), with an approximate bar length of 10mm, terminated with high-quality acrylic spherical balls in varied color combinations and patterns — stripes, spirals, flowers, abstract motifs, and gradients. The upper ball (decorative, visible) typically has a larger diameter (6-8mm) while the lower fixing ball is smaller (4-5mm), both internally threaded for easy assembly and removal. The 316L surgical stainless steel ensures high biocompatibility and corrosion resistance, being the standard recommended material for navel piercings, minimizing the risk of allergic reactions and skin irritation. The acrylic balls are made from non-toxic, lightweight material, comfortable for extended wear and resistant to discoloration. The 10-piece assorted set offers maximum variety, allowing daily piercing changes to match different outfits or moods. The banana barbell format (curved bar) is anatomically designed for standard navel piercing, following the natural curvature of the umbilical area and reducing pressure on the piercing channel. Ideal for belly jewelry collectors. Frequently Asked Questions
