Guide & full description

Complete guide: Lip piercing 100081 set of 10 mixed pieces

Pierce Buză 100081 is a set of 10 labret studs for the lip, each with a straight post made of surgical stainless steel 316L and a decorative ball made of colored acrylic — the designs and colors in the set are varied (mixed), ideal for those who want variation in appearance without buying separate pieces. According to the product's technical sheet, the needle size is 14G, the post length is 8.6 mm, the base diameter is 4.24 mm, and the ball diameter is 3.08 mm — approximate figures, as the balls in the set may differ slightly from each other in design. It is intended for fully healed lip piercings, not as a first jewelry mounted immediately after piercing.

How to use

Check the size (gauge) of your current piercing against that of this set before ordering or attempting to insert — if they don't match, the post will not fit correctly.
Wash your hands with soap and water before touching the area or the jewelry.
If you are already wearing another jewelry in that piercing, carefully unscrew the existing ball and remove the post.
Choose the desired design/color from the set and insert the straight steel post through the piercing channel.
Screw the decorative acrylic ball onto the visible end of the post, tightening it firmly without over-stressing the thread.
Visually and by gentle touch, check that the ball is fully secured and does not spin freely.
Rinse the area with clean water if you used disinfectant solution during insertion.
You can alternate the pieces from the set of 10 as you prefer, repeating these steps with each change.

Tips from us

Since it's a set with mixed designs, check all 10 pieces upon receipt so you know in advance what colors/designs you received.
Acrylic balls are lighter than metal ones, which can be more comfortable for long-term wear, but acrylic scratches more easily — handle them with care.
Do not put the acrylic components in an autoclave — only the surgical steel 316L post withstands high-temperature sterilization.
Store unused pieces in a clean, dry place, away from dust, between uses.
If persistent redness, pain, or signs of irritation occur while wearing, stop use and seek advice from a piercer or doctor.

Warning: This set is intended for fully healed lip piercings, not fresh piercings — the jewelry for a new piercing must be chosen and fitted by a professional piercer, with sterile equipment. Sanitize the area before and after handling with sterile saline solution or warm water with mild antibacterial soap, avoid harsh chemicals, and at the first signs of infection or allergic reaction, consult a specialist.

Frequently asked questions

What size (gauge) is this set of lip piercings?▾

According to the product's technical sheet, the needle size is 14G, the post length is 8.6 mm, the base diameter is 4.24 mm, and the ball diameter is 3.08 mm. Check these figures against your current piercing before ordering to ensure the jewelry fits.

What materials are the pieces made of?▾

The straight post is made of surgical stainless steel 316L, and the decorative ball at the visible end is made of colored acrylic. The combination offers a sturdy post mounted in the piercing and a lightweight, colored ball for varied appearance.

Is it suitable as a first jewelry for a fresh piercing?▾

No. It is recommended for fully healed lip piercings. The jewelry for a fresh piercing must be chosen and fitted by the piercer performing the piercing, with sterile equipment.

How do I clean and maintain the jewelry?▾

Clean the area regularly with sterile saline solution or warm water with mild antibacterial soap, rinse well and dry with a clean material. Avoid harsh chemicals, which can attack the acrylic component of the ball.

Can the post be sterilized by autoclaving?▾

The surgical stainless steel 316L component can be sterilized by standard methods used for this type of jewelry. The acrylic component of the ball should not be placed in an autoclave, as it is sensitive to high temperatures.

Can I choose which designs/colors I receive from the set of 10?▾

No — the set contains 10 pieces with various designs and colors, mixed at packaging, as specified in the product description. You cannot manually select individual designs before delivery.
