Guide & full description

Complete guide: Pierce Fake 100046

Model 100046 is a fake piercing jewelry: it gives you the look of a piercing without piercing the skin, so it can be put on and taken off quickly, painlessly, without a wound and without a healing period. It's suitable if you want to test how a piercing would look before getting a real one, if you work in an environment where piercings are not allowed, or if you simply like to change your look on a whim. It is part of the 'Fake Strech' range — fake piercings that mimic the look of a stretcher-style jewelry worn on the ear, without actually stretching the lobe.

How to use

  1. Clean the jewelry before first use: wipe it with isopropyl alcohol or wash it with soap and water, then dry it thoroughly.
  2. Also clean the skin area where you will wear it (ear, nose, etc.) to start with a clean surface.
  3. Identify the attachment mechanism of the piece you received — it can be clip/clamp (mechanical pressure), magnet, cuff (open ring), or adhesive — and prepare it accordingly.
  4. Position the jewelry in the desired spot and secure it according to the mechanism; adjust it until it sits straight and looks natural.
  5. Check the fit and comfort: it should be firm enough not to fall off, but not painfully tight.
  6. Wear it for limited periods (recommended maximum 8-12 hours continuously), then remove it carefully.
  7. After use, clean the jewelry and the skin area again, then store the piece in a clean, dry place.

Tips from us

  • Do not wear it for more than 8-12 hours continuously to avoid irritation from constant pressure on the tissue.
  • Remove it at night — the pressure of the pillow combined with the jewelry's clamp can leave marks and cause pain.
  • If redness or discomfort occurs, alternate the location or take a day off to let the skin recover.
  • Clean it and clean the skin between uses; being reusable, maintenance keeps it hygienic and looking good.
  • Pay attention to positioning: a well-placed fake piercing is hard to distinguish from a real one at normal distance.
  • Be careful when swimming — many mechanisms (magnet, adhesive) lose their grip in water, so it's safer to remove it.
Warning: Even though it does not pierce the skin and does not require autoclave sterilization, hygiene remains important: clean the jewelry with isopropyl alcohol or soap and water between uses and do not wear it on irritated or injured skin. Do not keep it on for more than 8-12 hours continuously and remove it at night to avoid pressure irritation. Small pieces (especially magnetic ones) should not be left within reach of small children — there is a risk of swallowing. If persistent redness, swelling, or pain occurs upon removal, stop wearing it until the skin recovers.

Frequently asked questions

How is this fake piercing attached?▾

It depends on the piece's mechanism. In general, fake piercings are attached by: clip/clamp (mechanical pressure on skin or cartilage), magnet (two pieces that attract through skin/cartilage), cuff (an open ring that clips onto the edge of the ear), or adhesive. Check the piece you received to see which mechanism it uses; clip-on and cuff are the most common due to ease of use.

Does it look like a real piercing?▾

From a normal distance (a regular conversation), a well-chosen and correctly positioned fake piercing is practically indistinguishable from a real one. The difference becomes visible only upon very close inspection — the lack of a piercing hole and the presence of the attachment mechanism. The key is choosing a model suitable for the location and positioning it correctly.

How do I clean and maintain it?▾

Clean it with isopropyl alcohol or soap and water before and after each use, then dry it and store it in a dry place. It does not need autoclave sterilization because it does not penetrate the skin. Being a reusable piece (not disposable), regular cleaning keeps it hygienic and maintains its finish.

How many hours can I wear it?▾

The general recommendation is a maximum of 8-12 hours continuously. Longer periods can cause local irritation due to constant pressure. Remove it at night, and if you notice redness, swelling, or pain, reduce wearing time or alternate with days without the fake piercing.

How do I choose the right model and location?▾

Choose based on where you want to wear it (ear — helix, tragus, lobe; nose; septum; lip, etc.) and the mechanism you find most comfortable. For the 'Fake Strech' range, the look mimics a stretcher worn on the ear. Check the dimensions in the product page specifications (for model 100046: reference size 12G, post 5.18 mm, ball 10.5 mm) to choose the desired look.

Can I wear it at work and is it suitable for children?▾

One of the biggest advantages of a fake piercing is that it can be taken off and put on instantly, without a visible hole — so you can wear it in your free time and remove it for conservative professional environments. It is also a good alternative for children or teenagers too young for a real piercing; however, supervise small children, especially with small or magnetic pieces, due to the risk of swallowing.

Product description

Pierce Fake Needle size: 12GRod size: 5.18mm Ball diameter: 10.5mm The Pierce Fake 100046 is a fake piercing jewelry that simulates the appearance of an authentic piercing without requiring actual skin perforation. This type of jewelry is secured through clipping, magnet, adhesive, or mechanical pressure — offering the visual appearance of a real piercing without the permanent commitment, without pain, without a healing period, and without risks associated with the piercing procedure. Fake piercings are popular among people who want to experiment with the look of a piercing before deciding if they want a real one, those who work in environments where piercings are not allowed, or those who simply appreciate the versatility of being able to add and remove jewelry quickly without consequences. The 100046 model is manufactured from quality materials — stainless steel or metal alloy with premium finish — that faithfully mimic the appearance of authentic piercing jewelry. The securing mechanism is designed to be comfortable and secure: firm enough to stay in position during normal wear, yet easy enough to remove without causing discomfort. Fake piercings can be worn on multiple locations: nose, septum, lip, ear (helix, tragus, lobe), eyebrow, navel — depending on the model's specific design and mechanism. Autoclave sterilization is not required (does not penetrate skin), but cleaning with isopropyl alcohol or soap and water is recommended between uses. Frequently Asked Questions
