Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Instructions for use: rub the skin in a circular motion from the injection site outwards. For external use only. Stop using if irritation or rash occurs. Single-use product.
Isopropyl alcohol 70% impregnated wipes (10-piece pack) are the essential consumable for rapid skin disinfection in tattoo, piercing, and micropigmentation procedures. The 70% isopropyl alcohol concentration is the medically recognized standard for optimal bactericidal action — concentrated enough to destroy bacteria, viruses, and fungi, yet with sufficient water content to allow the contact time necessary for effective disinfection (concentrations above 90% evaporate too quickly to be effective). Each wipe is individually packaged in a sealed aluminum foil sachet, maintaining moisture and sterility until the moment of use. The generous size of each wipe allows coverage of a minimum 15x20 cm skin surface in a single pass. The non-woven material is strong enough not to tear during use, yet soft enough not to irritate sensitive skin. Standard studio use: cleaning the skin before stencil application, disinfecting the tattoo area before session start, cleaning equipment between clients, and disinfecting work surfaces. The 10-piece pack is ideal for mobile artists, tattoo conventions, or as minimum emergency stock in the studio. Compliant with European medical device standards, these wipes are single-use and must be disposed of as medical waste after use. Contains no fragrances, dyes, or other additives.
