This is an original Ink Machines spare part: the X-Ring gasket assembly (part no. 119) used in the internal mechanism of the Scorpion rotary machine. Its role is to seal the critical points inside the machine, keeping ink, fluids, and particles away from the precision components. It is intended for artists and technicians who maintain their own Scorpion X1 machine and want to replace a worn gasket or have a spare one. Note: screws are not included, and the product contains a single piece.
How to use
- First confirm that part no. 119 corresponds to your machine — it is specified for Scorpion X1; if you have a different model, check compatibility before installation.
- Work on a clean, well-lit surface, with washed hands or gloves; prepare the tools recommended by the manufacturer (note that screws are not included with the part, reuse the existing ones).
- Stop the machine and partially disassemble the internal mechanism according to the Scorpion manual, until you reach the old gasket.
- Carefully remove the worn X-Ring from the mounting groove, without scratching the sealing surfaces.
